Rule of thumb: how much for your third parties?
To only monitor your third parties, Sentinelle is enough: the first run is included. Credits are for fixing your file once, to import it back into your software. The two add up if you want both.

Pricing questions
Do I need to buy credits with Sentinelle?
No. The subscription uses no credits: the first run over your third parties is included. Only entries beyond the month's rotation (a quarter of the plan, i.e. 25%, plus the free room in the portfolio) cost one credit each. Credits are for fixing a file once, to import it back into your software.
Is there a commitment?
Sentinelle is paid yearly, with no tacit renewal: at the end of the term, you decide. Credits have no expiry date: they remain usable as long as your account exists.
How do I pay?
Online, by card, on our provider's secure payment page; the invoice is paid when you order. For a quote, write to us.
Can I try Sentinelle before paying?
Yes, for 30 days, with no card and no commitment: start the trial with one click from your Monitoring area from 20 third parties in your portfolio or after a first import, with your company's SIREN. It covers the whole portfolio up to Sentinelle 1 000. At the end, nothing is charged: your account returns to free monitoring on its own. One trial per account and per company.
