What TierSafe gives you, on a sample

Before you upload your own data, see the documents you will receive. Each PDF is produced by the application itself, on made-up companies and people.

The sample documents are in French, the language TierSafe issues its reports in.

File check report

What you see here:

  • Every record sorted: ready, to review or blocking, with its score out of 100.
  • What is wrong, in plain words: wrong SIRET, closed establishment, incorrect VAT number, insolvency proceedings.
  • The suggested fix, taken from the official registers: active SIRET, expected VAT number, standardised address.

Sentinelle alerts, monthly report

What you see here:

  • A change of director at a supplier, then its bank details changed in your file: the alert turns critical, as the bank details vigilance is open.
  • Every event dated, with its source (register, BODACC, your file) and its status: to handle or seen.
  • The number of third parties monitored and the version of each source: proof that monitoring ran.

  • The supplier called back on a trusted contact recorded before the request.
  • Approval by a second person and the decision, each step dated.

Payment file check

What you see here:

  • Each transfer compared with your monitored third parties before it goes to the bank: nothing to report, to review or blocking.
  • The reasons in plain words: IBAN changed recently, bank details vigilance open, insolvency proceedings, IBAN of another third party.
  • The fingerprint of the checked file and the time of the check: a record of the verification made before paying.

Monitoring history of your company

What you see here:

  • What changed around your company: lookalike domain receiving e-mails, head office moved, change of director, e-invoicing address changed.
  • Every change dated to the minute, with its source and the time the alert was sent.
  • A reference and a fingerprint showing that the document has not been altered since it was issued.

Fictitious data: made-up names, SIREN numbers with a valid format but absent from the SIRENE register, IBANs from a bank code that does not exist, e-mail addresses at example.test. Any resemblance to a real company would be coincidental.
