Sentinelle, monitoring for your clients and suppliers

Know the day a third party changes

TierSafe watches your clients and suppliers across official sources and alerts you: insolvency proceeding, change of director, closure, invalid VAT number, deregistered platform. From €119 excl. VAT per year for 100 third parties.

Monitor your own company and 10 third parties for free, no subscription: immediate alert on your company, and on your third parties as soon as a director changes or a proven risk appears.

Why monitoring

A one-off check is not enough

A verification tells where you stood on the day of the file. A client can be placed in receivership, a registered platform can be deregistered, a VAT number can become invalid: the following week.

Monitoring re-reads, every day, the official sources that changed, over the list of third parties you maintain: your clients, your suppliers, or both.

  • Immediate alert for confirmed risks (insolvency proceeding, closure, invalid VAT number, deregistered platform) and for any change of director.
  • A recap every Monday, good news included, and a monthly PDF report even when nothing changed.
  • Every change is dated, sourced and kept: you acknowledge it ("seen" or "accepted as is"), it does not come back.
  • One year of subscription, no tacit renewal: then you decide.

Example

What an alert looks like

Every change says what changed, according to which source, published when: enough to decide without redoing the investigation.

  • By email: immediate alert for proven risks, digest on Mondays, PDF report every month.
  • In your account: the event feed, to filter and acknowledge, and the portfolio to export as CSV, as a PDF report or as an HTML report.
  • In your own tool: one signed webhook per event, and the API to read its details.

Watches

The right time to check twice

A published change opens a period during which some requests from a third party must be checked differently. The third party's record then carries a badge, with the dated reason, the end date and what to do.

Watches are included in every plan, free monitoring included. They describe a period prone to fraud, never a suspicious company.

  • Bank details watch : before accepting new bank details. Opened by a change of director, head office or name, an insolvency proceeding, a closure or a company created less than six months ago.
  • Invoicing watch : when an invoice arrives through a new channel. Opened by a change of approved platform or Peppol operator, a change of director or a VAT number that became invalid.
  • Orders watch : before shipping on credit or granting payment terms. Opened by a closure, a company created less than six months ago or close changes of director, head office, name or activity.
  • Claim to file : when an opening judgment concerns a third party that owes you money, with the filing deadline and the link to the BODACC notice naming the court-appointed representative.

Sentinelle Free

Free, with no subscription

Any account with a confirmed email address monitors its own company and 10 third parties for free.

Monitor for free

  • Your own company: an email alert as soon as a change concerning it is detected, with the steps to take in case of fraud.
  • 10 third parties of your portfolio, with their watches: immediate alert on a change of director or a proven risk, a digest every Monday for the rest.
  • The subscription adds your whole portfolio, the monthly report, CSV, PDF or HTML export, reading through the API, webhooks and additional recipients, from 100 third parties.

Monitoring

What is watched, and how often

Monitoring reads official public sources, never paid databases or approximate rebuilds.

What monitoring watches, and how often
What is watched How often
Insolvency proceedings opened: safeguard, receivership, liquidation daily
Change of director, head office move, new name, dissolution: the signal of Kbis fraud daily
Cessation of activity, reactivation, closure of a monitored establishment monthly
Intra-EU VAT number that became invalid, or valid again daily
Third party's approved platform deregistered, or newly registered daily
Third party now reachable for e-invoices, change of receiving operator daily
E-invoicing address of each third party: you know where to deliver your invoices collected for each third party, with its date

Monitoring starts from your identifiers (SIREN, SIRET, VAT number) and serves no other purpose: no resale, no cross-use.

How it works

Three steps, no file to re-run

  1. Drop your list

A CSV, Excel or JSON file: one client reference and one SIREN, SIRET or VAT number per line. A preview shows what will change before anything is written. Or push it by API from your tool.

  2. Monitoring re-reads the sources

Every day, the engine queries the sources that changed and compares them with the known state of each record. Without a subscription, your own company and your first ten records are monitored for free, and the first pass of the others gives the last twelve months review.

  3. You are told

Immediate alert for confirmed risks, Monday recap, monthly report. Every event can be read, acknowledged and exported.

Pricing

One tier per portfolio size

Yearly, no tacit renewal. The first pass is included, with the detail of every record and the event feed.

Credits or Sentinelle

Check once, or stay up to date

The two go together: the check puts a file in order, monitoring keeps it in order.

Comparison between the one-off check with credits and the monitoring subscription
Criterion One-off check (credits) Sentinelle (subscription)
What you buy The check of one file, on the upload date Continuous monitoring of a list of third parties
What triggers a check You upload a file An official source publishes a change
What you get A report and a corrected file Dated and sourced alerts, a digest every Monday, a monthly report
Price Credits, with no subscription and no expiry date A yearly subscription, from €119 excl. VAT
Integration CSV, Excel or JSON file File, push API and signed webhooks
Best for Cleaning a database before the reform or a migration Staying up to date afterwards, without re-running a file

API

An API and webhooks for your own tool

An API is part of the offer: create a token from the Sentinelle area and push your third parties from your tool; the detail of every record, the event feed and acknowledgements require an active subscription.

Push a batch of records in one request (merge or sync mode): the same rules as a file import, the result detailed in the response, the credit debit announced, and a preview available without writing anything.

As a subscriber, read the event feed, the state of every record, and acknowledge from your application.

And the other way round: declare a webhook address, every event reaches it as soon as it is detected, signed so your server can check where it comes from, retried for three days if your server does not answer.

curl -X POST -H "Authorization: Bearer ts_..." -H "Content-Type: application/json" \

    {"reference": "C0001", "name": "DANONE", "siren": "552032534"}
  ]}' https://tiersafe.eu/api/v1/monitoring/companies

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How does monitoring differ from verification credits?

Credits pay for a one-off verification: one file, one pass, one report. Monitoring continuously watches a list of third parties you maintain: every change is dated, sourced and kept, so you learn on the day it happens rather than when you invoice.

Can I replace my records every month?

Yes, up to a quarter of the tier per month, plus freed slots. Beyond that, each new entry costs one credit: monitoring watches a portfolio, not a cheap bulk verification.

How do you avoid false alerts?

A change is only retained from complete, versioned sources: nothing is compared while a register is being rebuilt, a disappearance is confirmed only after two versions of the source, a non-distributable name is never a name change, and a negative Peppol answer never retires a reachable recipient.

What happens if I stop?

The subscription is yearly, with no tacit renewal: it ends on its due date. The first ten records then stay monitored for free; the others are kept for 90 days so you can come back without re-importing everything, then deleted.

Is the API included in the subscription?

Yes. From the Sentinelle area, create a token and push your third parties by API from your ERP or a script, with the same rotation rules as with a file. As a subscriber, also read the state of every record and the event feed, acknowledge, and receive every event by webhook. Without a subscription, pushing still prepares the portfolio but the detail stays hidden.

What do you do with my data?

The list of third parties serves monitoring only: it is kept during the subscription and then for 90 days, and is never resold or cross-used. Details in the privacy policy.

Can I receive alerts directly in my ERP?

Yes, as a subscriber, by webhook: declare up to three HTTPS addresses in the Sentinelle area, every event is sent there as soon as it is detected, signed (HMAC-SHA256) so your server can check it really comes from TierSafe. Without an answer, the delivery is retried for about three days. The public API documentation details the format and gives verification examples in PHP, Node.js and Python.

Is monitoring free?

Partly, with no subscription: your own company and 10 third parties are monitored for free, watches included. You receive an email alert as soon as a change concerning your company is detected and, for your third parties, as soon as a director changes or a proven risk appears; the rest arrives in a digest every Monday. The subscription adds your whole portfolio, the monthly report, export, reading through the API and webhooks.

What are watches?

Periods during which a request from a third party must be checked differently: the bank details watch before accepting new bank details, the invoicing watch when an invoice arrives through a new channel, the orders watch before shipping on credit, and the claim to file after an opening judgment. They open on published changes (new director, head office transfer, insolvency proceeding...) and are included in every plan, free monitoring included. They describe a period, never a suspicious company.
